On the tree – God’s creativity
“In the beginning God created the heavens.” And Genisis 15.5 “Look at the sky. See the many stars. There are so many you cannot count them.”
(Genisis 1 v 1)
PRAYER:
God, you flung stars into space, made our planet and everything on it. As I look at the stars in the night sky help me feel your caring presence, help me understand that in vastness of space I still matter to You.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITY:
Make a mobile: Cut out 5 star shapes from card, cover them with foil. Hang each star with different length string from a stick and hang it up as a mobile.
CHILDREN’S SONG:
We can all be stars (in our own amazing way)
